Let’s get right down to business. Whether you are playing to win the F2P Cup, 1v1 Challenge, or taking on a Squad Battle, we all are after the W. We can even make some money on the way. So let’s take a look and see which players can be the biggest value, and who is most deserving of your Captain Crown.
Morgan – Hanwha Life Esports $260,000 (vs KT)
Morgan may only have one match this week, but it’s against KT, a struggling team but a must-win scenario for both sides. HLE wants to stay in the fight to stay in second and KT wants to hold onto their 6th place seed for playoffs, so expect a bloodbath.
Dread – Afreeca Freecs $210,000 (vs NS & T1)
AF may be struggling, but they have a very winnable matchup against NS this week. Dread scores very well in wins, so bank on that for some low cost points.
Yaharong – Fredit BRION $250,000 (vs LSB)
BRO only has one match, but Yaharong has been tearing it up ever since he got subbed in. With a match against LSB, one of the few teams below BRO, Yaharong could put up two big performances.
Ghost – DWG KIA $340,000 (vs GEN & DRX)
Not a lot of explanation needed here. Last time you trusted him in your lineup, he won the World Championship. Bring the magic back and get him back in your lineup!
Keria – T1 $130,000 (vs DRX & AF)
Keria is the only one on T1 who consistently starts, and in a must-win weekend with an easy matchup against bottom feeders AF and a 50-50 matchup with DRX, he is sure to rack up those points.
T1 $260,000 (vs DRX & AF)
You don’t need to know who’s starting to pick T1 team! They have 1 pretty easy match against AF and a toss-up against DRX, there will surely be 2 good games in there.
Best Overall Captain: DK Ghost: Xayah & Kaisa
There is no safer bet that Ghost for the player who will lead the entire player pool in scoring. Thankfully, his Champion pool is just as predictable as Kaisa & Xayah have accounted for his last 4 games played.
Risky Captain: DK Canyon: Graves & Hecarim
Canyon on Graves… ring a bell? If the Worlds MVP is in your lineup, you have to throw a crown on his head! Seemingly the added risk here comes with the more unpredictable Champion pool for Junglers, but we have seen Canyon play Hecarim or Graves for his last 5 straight games.
